  5. Tracking:

    • Track your return shipment through Shiprocket’s tracking system.

4. Exchange Process

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • Processing: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • Time Frame: You will receive the credit within a 3-5 Business working days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged item.
  • We will arrange for a return or exchange at no additional cost to you.
